Account Deletion – Shakespeare: Immersive

We're currently working on adding an in-app option to delete your account directly from the app.

In the meantime, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us via email.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to: sashacmc@gmail.com
2. Include the email address you used to register in the app
3. Mention that you would like to delete your account and all associated data

What data will be deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your personal information (e.g., name, email)
• App usage history and preferences

Data that may be retained

Some financial or legal records may be retained for up to 180 days as required by law.
